KEITA'S BOG POST:
I like to do handwriting because it helps me to calm down and makes me feel good and confident. When I write, I take a deep breath while listening to a slow, relaxing music.
I like to draw when it is mindfulness because it can cool me down when i finish running and after doing other sports. And ,what is more , i wish mindfulness 's time will be longer next time.
I have enjoyed mindfulness this week. My favorite part of mindfulness is the calming music and drawing. I brought my own colouring in book for mindfulness so that I could draw on and on.
Mindfulness helps me forget about anything bad that happened at snack or lunch play and it is one of my favorite ways to calm down after lunch .
Ms Batlaw sprays this really nice smelling thing in the air that sometimes from how good it is I get distracted and just smell the air.
Some of the boys don't like it and I am really surprised because it smell extremely good and no one could trust me with it because I would probably kill someone with it.
Mindfulness is a lovely way to calm down
